BÖSL Lympha-mat® 300N
Compression Therapy Pump
For many individuals living with chronic lymphedema, compression pump therapy can be incorporated into a home management routine alongside compression garments, exercise, and other recommended treatments. Home therapy may help support ongoing management between clinic visits.

Gradient Compression Technology
Why It's Different
The BOSL Lympha-Mat uses a 12-chamber gradient compression system designed to apply pressure in a controlled sequence. Overlapping chambers help support fluid movement while promoting a comfortable treatment experience. Based on the manufacturer's information, the gradient design helps encourage fluid movement without creating excessive pressure in adjacent areas.

What Is a Lymphedema Compression Pump?
A lymphedema compression pump, also known as an intermittent pneumatic compression pump, is designed to help move lymphatic fluid, reduce swelling, and support long-term lymphedema management. Compression pump therapy may be recommended as part of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) alongside compression garments, exercise, skin care, and manual lymphatic drainage.
BÖSL Lympha-Mat Compression Pump
The BÖSL Lympha-Mat 300N provides gradient intermittent pneumatic compression using overlapping air chambers designed to promote lymphatic flow and reduce swelling associated with lymphedema, lipedema, and other edema conditions. The system offers customizable treatment options for both upper and lower extremities and can be used in the home setting under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
